Our dog training program involves an intimate understanding of your dog's individual history in addition to learning the natural abilities of your dog. Every dog has plenty of potential to learn and understand commands, our techniques will lay the foundation for you to build upon. We can help with basic manners, behavioral issues and puppy training.

A consult is the place to start! It allows us to get to know you and your dog. Consults are conducted in your home or in specified locations. After our meeting you will receive a follow up of our session together and homework for you to work on.

Canine Good Citizen Testing & Prep

The CGC test is a great way to continue training with your dog. For some, it can be a great introduction to dog sports such as competition obedience and a perfect place to start for therapy dog work. If you are interested in persuing this with your dog, we are here to help prep and test. Your dog does not need to be AKC registered to take the test. 

 

UKC SPOT Testing & Prep

Similar to the AKC CGC test, the Spot test is a 10 item test that tests you and your dogs skills. The skills tested are things you dog with your dog everyday such as leash walking, passing distractions and greeting strangers. We can help you learn the skills to get test ready. Your dog does not need to be UKC registered to take the test.  

 

Day Training Program

Our day training program is customized to your dog’s needs. We cover puppy foundations, basic obedience and behavior modification. Along with scheduled one on one training sessions with us, we provide weekly check ins and homework for you. Please inquire for more details.

Dog Sport Foundation Building

Interested in competition obedience with your dog but not sure where to start? We can help develop the foundation skills needed for your dog and for you as a handler. If you are looking to take your dogs obedience to the next level and not interested in participating in a sport, we can also help with that.
